Built a completely custom home with Wyndham last year and could not be happier. This is a complicated process in an industry run by people who generally do not do what they say they are going to do and when. The owner of the business is highly knowledgeable and professional at all times and worked with me on every detail. I highly recommend this company to anyone building any level of home. He know what he is doing.

We contracted with this builder to build a new home. The price was perfect and the location was just what we wanted. We picked out selections with our real estate agent. By the end of the experience we fired the real estate agent and backed out of the contract. The builder was not up front about the square footage of fenced yard. He didn't tell us what the city would require as an easement until the fence was installed. The floor tile was not what we had selected. The granite was not what was selected. The workmanship was less than satisfactory. When we complained to our real estate agent she sided with the builder because she now works with him. We got our money back but lost 8 months. He then sold the house we had him build for 20k profit. He was impossible to contact during the process. The communication was awful. It was the worst experience of our lives. We were devastated.
