As others have stated, the absolute worst nightmare of working with contractors in my life!! 2 years now, job is still not finished, one window they replaced screams and knocks in the wall when the wind blows. The window is next to the head of my bed which makes for a very poor night of sleep. Called multiple times, basically no response or didn’t show up for appointments made to fix the issues.

Worst company like the others state! Installed door and windows not correct. Paid right at $70,000 for a nightmare that is still not over. They damaged my new hardwood floors, not only did they not install things correctly, but they still are not finished!! Stay away from Renewal by Anderson and this company.

March 9, 2023Window and door install
Signed an agreement with Renewal by Anderson Windows and Doors from XMPLAR, September 14. Bought 5 windows and 4 doors. Windows and doors installed on February 16th, 2 of the doors were wrong, everything else was good. It in March 9th and the stucco around the windows is not fixed and can't get anyone to answer a phone or call me back about any of this. I would never use this company again....

Ordered windows back in May 2022, here it is Jan 2023 and no windows. They won't answer their phone the give you an update. Stay away from this company!!

Signed a purchase agreement with 28K down on Renewal by Anderson Windows from XMPLAR, April 2022. Fast forward to October 2022, no updates on delivery, installation and the company will not return our calls. If you are thinking about having your windows replaced use another company. Customer service is worse than poor.
