    Master bedroom & bath addition

    Sargis of Xpert Construction & Design is a breath of fresh air. I could talk about his attention to small details or reasonable prices, but what’s really important is that he’ll pick up the phone to talk to you whenever you need him. It sounds simple, but finding a good builder who also knows the importance of customer service & communication is like finding a unicorn.

    We chose Sargis to build our master bedroom and bathroom addition after hearing good reviews from a few different friends & coworkers. We are so glad we chose Sargis, because he gets things done even in the middle of a pandemic and supply chain hell. When window lead times tripled overnight, he tracked down a quality alternative to keep our project moving. When the city was overwhelmed and dragging their feet, he went down to the office to push up the inspection. He called with regular updates and took the time to answer all of our questions (even my dumb ones). He was hands-on throughout the project, always checking on the quality of the work and wasn't afraid to tell his guys to redo it if it didn't meet his expectations.

    We have been back in our house for a little while now and love the work they did. We will definitely use Sargis and his team at Xpert Construction & Design for all our upcoming projects. They do high quality work for a reasonable price.

    Xpert Design and Construction did a fabulous remodel of our bath in Mountain View. They are fast, clean, excellent work at a fair price. Full of good ideas. We are very happy.

    I hired Xpert Construction for my home remodeling in Ruby Hill Pleasanton, they replaced my cabinents and hardwood and marble flooring, and helped me with all my plubing and electric needs. They were extremely clean and friendly, and extremely high quality work. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
