DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR INSURANCES MONEY! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND LIARS AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING READ THIS!!!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!

This "company" is the worst company (I USE THAT WORD VERRRRY LIGHTLY) I have ever encountered. It is full of inconsistencies and incompetence. Everyone wants to shift blame and they are scam artist. The level of incompetence from the owner himself was just deportable. First they will try to lock you into a contract and make your insurance pay an egregious amount of money! They bring in like 20 strangers from what looks like an rehabilitation program off the streets into your home to pack all your items. Which a few of my items came up stolen (Alexa Dot, sewing machine and computer chairs) The company itself is unorganized and ran by an complete idiot who capitalizes off of people in vulnerable states. They would always talk about how they could make the Insurance pay more and get us everything we wanted and sometimes they would say they didnt want to go into detail on the phone and my husband and I always sensed fraud but were not sure but they would always say you will walk away with alot of money in your pockets and once we noticed that we were out.
We fired them and went on to another company and our home turned out beautiful. They leisurely would fire people in the company because the upper management did something wrong and blame on them and would say "oh that guy no longer works here because of blah blah blah" and would try to make it seem like he was firing them because of us and how they were handling our construction job." I thought that was very strange because I knew who the problem was and thought it was odd because they didnt care about their staff. They promised us all these things such as they would get all our clothes washed, all our clothes sat around for 1.5 months and were never washed until I finally had to call the owner Shon and he gave me a number to call and I gave the guy my info he didnt even know who I was to began with and he told me none of my clothes had even been touched he could drop them off to us and I had another company wash them. They told the insurance company they cleaned all our items, they were not cleaned, the made it seen like they hired some amazing company to clean our items we happened to be there as they were cleaning up and he went to our washer and dryer as he was talking to my husband and it took all of 2 seconds and he pulled out a wipe and said "cleaned" I wish I could make this stuff up. I tried because it was black owned and I wanted to give people a chance but that was probably the worst mistake I ever made. After they were fired and we started noticing our items were missing we gave them a call and he said call the Insurance, you have no proof we did it. Please save yourself the headache DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The storage company hated them and they can no longer use there services and pretty much everyone they were in contact with and had to work with for us would hate dealing with them. They werent getting paperwork in on time, would lie and say they did and then I would ask to see the original email and they would get defensive and say I am not about to prove anything.
