Xtend Contracting

I contracted Bruno and his crew (Xtend Contracting) to take down my old porch and rebuild a new one. I am so pleased with the result - the porch looks beautiful!! His carpenters are top notch - they are polite and respectful and their work was exceptional. Overall I am very pleased with the work that was done here. The work took place during the end of Covid - so occasionally I had trouble getting a hold of them but they always returned and overall the work was finished in a timely manner. This warning is not exclusive to Xtend Contracting - but make sure that every little thing is in writing and is priced out before you start so that there are no surprises in the end. If you make a change midstream get the change and the price in writing it makes for a happier experience in the end! Again My porch is beautiful and I am very very happy with it. I stand by my 5 Star Rating!!

Bruno and his team at Xtend were excellent. Bruno was careful to work within my budget. The deck is beautiful. The construction team was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Each day the debris from the project was removed. They did great work - completely exceeded my expectations.

Our whole experience with Xtend was great, better than we have had with other contractors. The workers were knowledgeable, polite and very tidy. They worked quickly, not skipping days. And our new roof deck is amazing, they thought of details such as how to create a finished edge around the deck, how to frame the skylight. We highly recommend Bruno and Xtend.

I am writing this survey to endorse and express my satisfaction with Xtend Contracting with a Project that I have undertaken for my house last month.
I have been impressed by the way in which Bruno and his crew built my rear deck and timing.
The flexibility in working with us during busy morning where we are getting ready for work and school enabled us to run our daily activity without disruption.

I have to say that Bruno’s response time was awesome, and his customer service is top notch. He is one of the few Contractors that I deal with that actually delivers what they promise and then some. It is refreshing to work with Xtend Contractor. I should also mention that every time I hired someone to help with our deck, I was royally burned. I started to think that I was never going to find someone to help, and I was almost afraid to agree to pay anyone else for this type of work. Bruno helpl us with a problem that we've been throwing money at for a year with no results. And I want everyone to know that Bruno and his subcontractors are great, and their hard work are appreciated.
I would have no hesitation in engaging Xtend Contracting in future projects.

AVOID!! I won a court-ordered money judgement versus Xtend and Bruno personally. Check the record on the Massachusetts trial court website. Avoid at all costs - not licensed, double check insurance, please don't make the same mistake I did.

Bruno and his crew gave me a competitive price and followed through by doing a top notch job. They tore down my decrepit old front porch and installed a porch made from composite materials. His team did a great job, they were courteous, and they worked quickly. I am so happy with their work that I am having them come back to do another job for me on my front door replacement. There are lots of contractors out there,.. and Xtend is a step above. I would highly recommend using them for your next project.

Recently, I was in the market for a new deck in the backyard of my home (as well as a complete demo of my old one), and my experience with Xtend Contracting was nothing but positive from start to finish.

Within 1 hour of requesting a quote online, Bruno (the owner) called me to schedule an official in-person estimate the following day. He arrived promptly, and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He provided a price (which was very reasonable), as well as a timeline of when the work would be started and completed. Bruno and his crew stuck to that timeline, and they were extremely informative and responsive throughout the process - if I called/texted Bruno with a question, I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a detailed response, and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. Best of all, the finished product (pressure-washed base, Trex deck, white railings/gates) looks even better than I had hoped it would.

With first class workmanship and A+ customer service - I will definitely hire Xtend Contracting and Bruno again (and I would recommend them to anybody looking to have a home project done)!

Xtend did several projects for me when I first moved into my house. They did an excellent job rebuilding my entire back porch, which had rotted through completely. They also painted the entire interior of my house and did an excellent job.

Bruno is extremely communicative and friendly. The entire crew is great and their carpenter (Glen) is very talented. I would (and almost certainly will) hire them again.

XTend has provided painting services for a number of projects, and are always conscientious, responsible, and meticulous.

I hired Xtend Painting to paint the exterior of my house last summer. I actually just walked around my house this past weekend looking at the paint and thought "wow- it really does look good!" Nearly a year later and I am still very happy with the job. The workers were great- they were very neat and cleaned up impeccably every day- you wouldn't even know they had been there. Xtend also painted our inside family room which was not an easy task- I have a zillion windows and the trim was overwhelming. The room looks great- very very happy I hired Xtend Painting!
