The Xtra Mile Exteriors crew ABSOLUTELY went the extra mile for us! We were in panic mode when our assessment came back with much bigger repairs than our adjuster verbalized, and our our new lender backed us into a corner right before closing on our new house. Brett and Nate took every crazy request I threw at them (and y'all I had some crazy ones) and made it happen. They even went as far as hanging the gutters themselves on a dark Friday night by spotlight when their gutter crew got hung up on another job. They explained the entire process start to finish in a way that anyone could understand. They never let a call or text message go unanswered. Their roof work was expert, their communication was excellent, and their customer service cannot be beat. Y'all, I am talking 10/10 would hire again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a crew that will truly deliver that "extra mile" guarantee, here they are!

worst experience ever. they have the nerve to threaten to put a lien on my home even though the project was not done to my expectations. we eventually paid so they go away. lied about what was shown to them, the workmanship and the clean-up after was horrendous. The work performed even with pictures shown did not matter to them. just threats made to me personally. i would never recommend them to work with anyone
