  Like everyone else Ken took our money and ran. I got the same stories as everyone else. I have contacted him almost every day since April 2022 to get what I ordered or my money back. His voice mail is always full. Occasionally he will answer the phone or text message only to make appointments and never shows up. Today we find the showroom has a for lease sign and its empty. Praying Karma finds him.

  This guy is terrible, he massed my bathroom, I never trust him even he did not pick up his phone or never respond e-mail.

  He took my deposit and sent an amateur electrician doing side work to do a very large electrical job for me. I told him I didn’t pay for this, deduct this and I’ll hire my own. We agreed. He disappeared for months after that. He finally reappeared and began the demo after saying he was in the hospital so many times sending my calls to voicemail. Left the demo on my front lawn for a week saying he gave the wrong address to the container company. He then asked for the next installment which reluctantly I gave him but he promised me they were coming back to install my floors. He has told me time and time again workers were coming and no one shows up, he doesn’t answer the phone or return calls. He now says his aunt is on the hospital. He has not done anything in my house except demo my kitchen and I’ve paid $19k so far. This started in April 2022, I have brand new appliances in my garage jus sitting there, i also found out his business license is expired and he has not reapplied for a new one, so when he took my money he did not have a business license.

  Ken the owner is running a ponzi scheme. Taking your money to do other jobs. Delaying your project for months. Not buying your materials when he says he is. Sending amatuers to do professional work and having to redo the work three times. Doesn't answer your calls for weeks and then he tells you they are coming to finish the work and they don't show up. Bathroom still incomplete after 4 months.

  If you are a contractor considering going into business with Ken, do yourself a favor & DON’T. First speak to the many contractors he has screwed over the years. Ken is a scammer. He will not pay you. Since my last review, I had a contractor out to measure my counters & as expected, nothing came out of it because his contractors are not getting paid.

  Wish I could give this place 0 stars. We started the renovation process in September of 2020, it's now March 2022 & I'm still waiting on kitchen counters. Very long story short: our white counters were installed 2021, after only a couple days I noticed they started staining. I called about this problem and took photos/videos. The owner Ken, apologized and explained that we were the 6th out of 9 customers with faulty counter. He claims it's not his fault but the manufacturer. He was waiting on being refunded so that he could use our money to order new counters. Fast forward to now & he does not answer our calls. We are left with horrible counters & are out the thousands of dollars we've already paid in cash.
  We have tried calling every day for about a year now, we have visited the showroom and haven't had any luck. We also know of two other customer's kitchen's he has not finished. We know this because sadly, we referred XW Kitchens.
  To add to this horrible experience, the shelves in our cabinets have been falling apart. Our wedding china was in one of those loose cabinet shelves & half broke.
  To add to this nightmare, not enough backsplash was ordered to cover the wall above our hood range, the cabinets were damaged when counters were installed and never repaired. The list of issues go on forever. I have no idea how this place is still in business.
  We paid this man in full since he was recommended by a family member. We paid him in good faith & continued referring our family & friends before and after or horrible experience. - NEVER AGAIN!
  I will end this lengthly post by saying we have tirelessly contacted him for a refund for counter but he has not answered so here I am on any social platform to try & get compensation for our kitchen.
