  I highly recommend this business. I am impressed with their excellent customer service. Katie is amazing, reassuring, and accommodating in helping me get the best service. I would also like to add that the technician Javier Gracia came and conducted the service to my home and he did an amazing job solving my issue.

  Kitchen Drain

  $170

  I called Katie at XYG scheduled a kitchen sink blockage in a High-Rise Condo Downtown wanting same day service. The technician came early, prepared the area, removed and cleaned the p-trap. ran a snake down the drain and found the blockage at 4 feet but he continued to clean the drain all the way to the common line. I would highly recommend XYG especially if you live in a Downtown Condo!!

  Washer fix

  My experience has been truly awful the one and only time we use this company. The professionalism within this company is nowhere to be seen. Our plumber Leo, showed up late to his appointment, wasted time, made a mess and did not clean up, broke our closet door, moved our washers to a space we could not open then left without saying anything. During a phone call shortly after he said it’s not his problem and to move the appliance and clean up his mess ourselves.

  I have been in construction for 8 years and this is some of the most disrespectful and dishonest work I’ve ever seen.

  I have never dealt with a more ethical and reasonable company. Customer service staff (Katie), Alan and the company in general have made my life so much easier.
  Not only do I intend to work with them from now on, but I am certain I will recommend them to friends and family moving forward.
  I have lived in a building that has been plagued with floods for 13 years...as such, you become well versed in dealing with floods and mitigation. As a woman, when I reach out plumbing companies they tend to talk down to me as someone who has never dealt with plumbing issues. I have dealt with over 11 floods. I GET IT!
  I encourage to trust your plumbing repairs to this company. Quick, easy, reasonable. Most companies are just eager to inflate prices, XYG is the exception. I highly recommend them.

  I'm still pretty disappointed in the customer service I received. Plumber was OK.
  I had service done to my address at 3957 30 th st and plumber called my tenant from the Ohio entrance of la Boheme in Northpark. This made my tenant go down and walk across the building to let him in. The call from plumber came in at 9:24 am and I was billed for 2.5 hours, which should have meant work completed 11:54. Plumber left 10:35 am, and I found out that my tenant was told that handle would break very soon. i asked plumber to go back and replace the handle and he called tenant to ask to be let in again, to replace handle, he went back in and lubricated the handle but didn't have a replacement handle. One week later handle broke and I called your office and asked to have the handle replaced, as I had already been billed for 1 hour for plumber to come back in, I felt I shouldn't have to pay for another service call. I was told I could take $15 off.
  It took plumber 30-40 min to fix this, the rest of the time was spent on going back to truck .
