I did my research and believe they gave me a fair rate. They were honest about what service they could not provide - my attic was a mess due to rodents and improper installation of a furnace by a previous vendor. I can't enter the attic due to phobia/anxiety so they provided great pictures of the initial evaluation. The team that actually completed the installation were great and did an excellent job - they provided great before and after pictures as well. At this point, I highly recommend them.
I didn't select "on budget" because I didn't have a budget and I had to afford whatever the price was, so to speak. But, again, I believe the price was fair.
