Yackle Concrete was subcontracted by a pool company to do the patio work which was completed in 8/2020 but developed a crack. After numerous phone calls, emails he did a partial repair Oct 2020, saying it would have to be completed in spring. After making appts to come in April he did not show up or call. Not wishing to continue this charade all summer again-he was allowed 1 week to complete the job but not surprising we never heard from him.

This company has to be the WORST contractor. I was forced to use them through a pool company and they are nothing but rude, shoddy and impossible to deal with to complete a job. No wonder they have an F rating at the BBB site.
I spoke to Peter and he told me I was a "horrible customer" and laughed in my face. He also lied to both my husband and myself about getting the walk fixed that they put it in that would not pass inspection. I would NEVER recommend them!
I was forced to give them one star but I think they owe me five!

Didn’t see much of the color we requested in the concrete but was told the rain would bring out the color. Owner and workers said they would reapply color if there wasn’t enough. Pool deck and retaining wall stayed gray so we began calling and emailing to have them come back. Never a response. Anthony Sylvan told us this was the only contractor we could use for a solid deck that would eliminate coping. Pool company has been no help either. Made the mistake of paying for the work before we got a satisfactory color.
