Have been working with them for awhile . Called about a problem with the Chapel not heating. Came out and fixed. Said working properly. Then within 10 days called again saying still cold. Came out Again and one unit was disconnected and charged us for it. Even after saying it had to be disconnected to work on and in their notes says other side of Chapel. Why wasn’t it looked at the first time and it wasn’t working properly in the Chapel. When asking about it being same thing Jesse very rude saying it’s two different and not explaining things. Ordering filters elsewhere and will go elsewhere. Not good customer service when customers asking about odd charges and can’t explain
