Beginning in November/2019 through the early winter 2020 Yalesville Construction in Wallingford built us an accessory apartment (addition for my mother-bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom) out of my existing garage. I will have to say we were very lucky with the weather that winter!!!!! In addition, completed many other jobs within my own existing home at 45 Broad View Drive including complete siding, gutters, windows, additional flooring, interior/exterior doors. From Yalesville Construction itself the workers were very good, strived to make us happy, good quality framing work/installation of many doors. windows, etc. They worked full days from beginning to end. They fixed things that needed adjustment. They worked right through that holiday season per our request! They come back months later to make some adjustments with no problem! We were glad we picked them after a two year search for this very big job. In addition, the sub-contractors they used in lieu of their own staff were great! From sheet rocking/taping/painting/plumbing and electrician work! After adjustments to things that normally occur during this type of job we were very happy with their work.
