We used their services for our NYC apartment renovation. They provided a detailed and fair quote, introduced us a great architect firm, and their workers were always on time and very hard working. They completed a 12-week project on time (except for the delay due to our building imposed holidays for construction work) which was a positive surprise for us after hearing so many stories of delayed construction from our friends. They followed up in a timely manner when we needed some correction/modification. We would highly recommend them.
