    Beware! Is unskilled, and dishonest had to bring in a structural engineer to figure out how to repair everything that he did. There was absolutely nothing that he did that I didn’t have to have redone. I have heard from other contractors in the area that this is the norm for him. Had to get SCLLR involved who found everything that he did to be in code violation. .
