By Anthony S.July 26, 2024Home Shield
Tech was totally rude and I see others had the same experience, I called American Home Shield to tell them that I had a leak in my coil they sent this clown looks at it and says it's leaking which I already knew , then left , I had to go to Home Depot and get a shop vac and vacuum the water myself then I get a 125 service fee FOR WHAT ? I did it myself , then says it pre existing so it not covered by Home Shield , Don't use this company unless you want to end up doing it yourself

POOR POOR POOR! The technician was so rude and not helpful at all. AHS sent this company and I think its time to just cancel AHS because their service is horrible. They are not even going to fix the problem.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Work order assigned to this company by American Home Shield for our HVAC continuing to shut down and tripping breaker. Husband wife team showed up ran basic diagnostics on compressor and could not find problem. Did not check air handler at all. Told us our circuit breaker was 40 amp but should be 50 for a 5 ton unit. Told us AHS would not cover circuit breaker and charged $145. for a used breaker from their truck. No paperwork for the visit and they promised to email one ... never happened. Right after they left breaker continued to trip. Left numerous calls over a two day period but no response. Three days later they left message theyshow. d return the next day. Waiting here patiently for them to show.

Called American Home Shield about an A/C problem, system worked fine until a week ago, They sent Yantra Air the service order, Tony was suppose to be there Monday 03/01/2021 but he texted me saying that he wouldn't be there until 03/02/2021. Tony arrived looked at the system told AHS something about a dryer (of course not covered) wanted another $315. and would return 03/03/2021 to install dryer and TXV. Never showed on 03/03 calling him is useless as he doesn't answer the phone and his voice mailbox is full. it's now 3:50 pm on 03/04 and he still hasn't shown up. hasn't called, and his voice mailbox is still full

By Melissa H.July 22, 2020Fix AC$2,000Read more
Unfortunately we were assigned to this company (Yantra Air) from our home warranty company (American Homeshield). Has been a nightmare since the beginning. Tony came out due to our AC not cooling and diagnosed our AC problem as "leaking underground pipes", which he knows American Homeshield doesn't cover. Fine, no problem. We hire a private AC company (that we paid for) to fix our pipes. He says that our pipes are absolutely NOT leaking and diagnosed it with a bad compressor. At this point the AC is not working at all. We call back AHS. Unfortunately, Yantara was the only company available. So Tony again comes out. Admits that the compressor is not working, but ONLY files a claim for the "leaking pipes" (which aren't leaking). We call and text Tony to put in the entire claim. AHS calls and emails to put in the entire claim. Finally, 2 days later he puts in for the compressor. BUT he WILL NOT give AHS an estimate to complete the job because (in his words), he's "not doing the job". AHS escalates our claim. My husband gets in touch with Tony and has a man to man conversation. Well, Tony states he has been to our house a year ago and "your wife sent me away. She doesn't like Europeans". Is this real life?? First off, I do not remember such an event but regardless, I text him an apology. He finally calls back AHS and tells them that the compressor is in fact not working, but not because of normal wear and tear, making our claim not covered. Tony is very UNPROFESSIONAL, he's a BABY and he is trying to sabotage our claim, because of said "incident". We live in Florida and have two children. This guy is heartless. Luckily, AHS doesn't buy that and we are getting another LEGIT company to fix our issues. In addition, Tony and Yantara will likely lose their contract with AHS. I would NEVER recommend this company and I will continue to post and tell everyone how bad they are!

By Edra T.July 17, 2020Inspect AC unit$100
This was one of the rudest and most unprofessional technicians i have every experienced. My wife called me to come home from my job because of how uncomfortable she felt from how this guy was speaking to her when she asked him to explain what he did and what was wrong. I later was informed that he refused to wear a mask while at our home. This guy left without providing an work order of what was do with our unit. Worse experience every for service that he's probably gonna get paid for thru American Home Shield. I hope this save someone from an unpleasant experience.

My very humble opinion I believe and feel the following:
YANTRA AIR LLC 772-224-0315 Tony Bozhilov also know as FRONTDOOR PRO and AHS AMERICAN HOME SHIELD. American home shield voicemail saying repairs are approved and now they won't fix my HVAC system. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DECEPTIVE BUSINESSES. I WILL BE TAKING THEM TO COURT AND FILING A LAWSUIT! These businesses need a RICO act against them and people jailed for fraud etc in my humble opinion! I will be filing a LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM AND TONS OF complaints with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney Genera Florida State and Government Attorney Generals office, Governors office, BBB, consumeraffairs.com, your local county consumer licensing, FTC, etc. Besides tons of negative reviews on social media, etc. I WOULD NEVERRRRR RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THESE COMPANY'S. L@@K at the tons of negative Google reviews and “American home shield problems, and lawsuit group” on Facebook. He cross threaded my valve on my hvac air conditioner condenser system. trys to say you need parts to get money out of you. The worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with deceptive business practices and inferior. Tony tried to tell me the capacitor was no good when the air-conditioning was functioning fine and wanted to charge me money. He says it needs to be replaced and it will be $1000 so I went through American home shield they sent a second company SOUTH FLORIDA CRANE AND COOLING, LLC and that company never returned so they sent Tony back who claims the unit is working after a month ago he gave me a repair slip that it needed repair.
