    The front and backyard landscape artificial turf pavers irrigation plants and rock

    This family business was knowledgeable and easy to work with they worked very hard from start to finish a couple problems arose concerning previous plumbing for the yard and they addressed those immediately without extra charges I am extremely happy with their work and would rehire in a flash you will not be disappointed Merle

    Craig did a fabulous job on our property. This was a huge job and took several weeks of turning a very ugly area into a a spectabular yard. He had a great vision of what could be done. Craig listened to what I was looking for and incorporated those ideas. I would not hesitate hitting g him for any other job.. The workers were so nice and very hard working. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!

    We have a very bad experience with this company. He tricked us and never explained about this agreement. He just asked us to sign and get the check or cash money and never showed up. We will never recommend this guy named Craig Durnham. He is a crook and rude w/ bad attitude.

    I contradicted with Yard Masters of America to do over 43K worth of work. The pavers they put in were simply a creation of art. But the devil is in the detail. He put the pavers down, and I was not sure why he did not put the Polymeric Sand in the cracks of the pavers yet..... Well he waited for the last day..... Lots of such companies normally only put sand in the crevices, but I did research and found that the sand will wash away and plants or ants will get into the crevices with just sand. So I insisted on the Polymeric Sand. I complained to the owner that only about 60 percent of the crevices were filled. The owner complained of my comment and claimed it was industry standard. I stated that PaveStone states all the crevices should be filed to 1/8 in from the top of the stone. So now I am at about 80 percent filled. I found that the contractor has several rules they live by.... 1) the customer is stupid or they "google" too much. 2) Never admit wrong..... and 3) do everything as cheap as possible. As an example of their cheapness..... I needed two new sprinkler valve covers, so they buy shallow ones when deep covers are called for. When I complained, he just lifted them out of the ground and covered all of the valves with dirt and gravel. I might as well just covered the valves with dirt and no covers (whoops.... just gave them an idea... some poor guy will get had). So, I purchased the correct covers and installed them my self..... It would have been a miracle for them to just admit they got the wrong valve covers and will fix them.... BTW I am glad I replaced the covers..... I found one valve was leaking under all that dirt..... Recommendation..... They refuse to fix my pavers and follow the manufactures installation procedures..... Again they know best.... All pavers should have a large crack between them...... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    I am completely satisfied with the work on the backyard. It was covered with lava rock and totally unusable. Craig listened to what we had in mind and came up with an affordable plan, even included bushes. It's a different place, having both an extended patio and turf. Thank you, Craig and crew.

    Worst landscaping company

    I contracted with Craig on 11/10/2014. He was to replace 11 plants, remove old rocks, replace with mesh weed protector and new rocks. Read his contract very carefully. He is not a man of his word. The contract clearly states that the plants and trees are only guaranteed for 90 days. He said to me You know nothing is going to bloom in the winter. Wait until spring to see them blossom. April 20th, 2015, 7 of the 11 plants were dead. I called him expecting a positive response. The best I got from him was "maybe" if you buy them we'll put them in for you. However, I have a job in Mesquite and I will be busy for the next 3 weeks. I gave him 4 to 5 weeks and called him again. Once again he put me off saying he was still working in Mesquite. I asked him if he could just stop by and take a look at the plants. He said okay, I will stop by either Monday or Tuesday to look at them. No show. Finally, called him again on June 4th and asked him what he was going to do about this. He said actually nothing. I told him he had done nothing but lie to me. He hung up the phone on me. He is rude, lies, and is very disrespectful. I reported him to the BBB. He claims to have an A+ rating with them. He is not even a member of BBB. I strongly suggest you would be better off using anybody but him.

    Awesome job!!!!

    Craig Durham and his crew did an amazing job of my back and front yard. I called Craig on a Friday to get a bid and he came out of the very next Saturday to give the bid. His crew was out the next week and started on my landscaping. Craig and his crew were professional, timely, and did an awesome job. I was so pleased with the outcome and the price was great. I would recommend Craig Durham/Yardmasters to anyone. Thank you Craig!!!

    Craig Durham of yard masters of America came out and gave me a free estimate and design he had wonderful ideas for my back yard, and was very professional and was stress free , thanks for our beautiful back yard we are enjoying it.

    Craig Durham the owner of Yardmasters of America is very unprofessional and very rude! He yelled at us and treated us disrespectfully! Took 2 weeks longer then he promised us. He also tried putting used river rock in my yard that he pulled out of someone else's yard! It was full of dirt, twigs, leaves and who knows what else! I have never been treated so bad! I will never do business with him nor will I refer him to anyone! Clients are a businesses best advertisement, it's called word of mouth and it spreads fast, good or bad! If you are thinking of using this man to do your yard let me give you some word of advice, don't!!!
