Permits

I called Jake the owner of Yellowstone on Monday. He gave me a price of 125.00 period. He did NOT say this is where his price started. He called Tuesday and said he had overbooked himself for Tuesday and he said he would be here Wednesday. On Wednesday I texted him asking him to call before he came to clean the dryer vent. He said he was not going to be doing the work on Wednesday. He said he was coming to give me a quote for the work. I said he told me it was 125.00 on the phone when we talked on Monday. I told my husband and he called Jake and Jake basically told him that he ran his business as he saw fit and his price would start at 125.00 and he was not doing the work that day. My husband told him to call before he came. Well he never came he never called to say he wasn't going to do the work at all. Now I don't know if I can get anyone else out before the weekend comes. I will probably have to wait until next week. Some way to run a business very professional no respect for other people. I think he thought he was dealing with a woman and he could come out and charge whatever he wanted. Then when my husband called him on it he got mad and just blew me off. IDO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MAN OR THIS BUSINESS AS YOU CAN'T TRUST HIS WORD. HE FLAT OUT LIED TO ME. I wrote down what he told me he charged 125.00 he said NOTHING about that being his starting price until Wednesday the day he was supposed to come out plus he also did not say he wasn't doing the work on Wednesday.
