They are unprofessional, they ran to the bank with our up front deposit then had one excuse after another as to why no one was there working on a shed being built. After several attempts we demanded that material be dropped and the projected started. They only dropped a portion of the material. I then had to confront them with posting our side by side that we had for sale, finding it listed under their name for sale. When I asked them to remove it I was called a Bitch and the owner sped out of my drive. Have not received any monies owed to us and the shed was never built! According to the management company where their office was on E. st Patrick's street they are being sued by several other individuals for similar practices.

Very unprofessional. Left trash in my yard, killed my grass, didn't do as they said was going to be done, overspray all over my house, gas meter,
rocks under my deck and cement at end of deck, and many many other places. Used two different stains, and its unfinished. When confronted about the out come of the professionalism of the job i got a big attitude and nothing has been done about it. Nor do I want them back at my house!!!!!

Yes dear contracting was supposed to do our driveway this last June. They said it would be done in a week. They cashed our up front payment that Monday and never showed up to do the work. We called them and someone showed up that Friday to start the project when they said it would done by then. They tore up our driveway and did damage to our property and our neighbors. Yes Dear and their cement guy fought with each other the whole time and 10 days in, only 2 of which they worked on anything the cement guy quit. Leaving a huge pile of dirt in front of our driveway out into the road and another pile of gravel in the road in front of our house. After getting the run around for another week we told him we were done and wanted our money back so we could hire someone to finish and get all the dirt and gravel moved so we could park at our house again. They got very mad and came into my fiance's place of work trying to provoke a fight while they recorded on their cell phone. Been an awful experience. They are VERY unprofessional and through this experience we have met lots of people they have ripped off. They are liars and crooks.
