My hot water heater went on the fritz and Yes Dear was able and willing to take me to select a new hot water heater AND install it the same day.....a SUNDAY no less. It was a big job because my house piping is an absolute mess, and I know it was a frustrating job. The obstacles that were overcome that day did not hinder the service that came with a smile. I never thought I would be is excited over a hot water heater... YES DEAR came through for me once again!!!!

I recently had a bathroom faucet burst and water was EVERYWHERE. I contacted Yes Dear immediately and they were able to squeeze me into the day. They were very accommodating to my work schedule and luckily the problem was able to be fixed the same day. I was even accompanied to the local home improvement store to select a new faucet which was installed the same day. I had other jobs done over the years by Yes Dear, and I keep going back because they are reliable, trustworthy, honest, and want to do right by their customers. I cannot say enough good things about Yes Dear. They deserve every penny and more.
