Purchased a house in Feb 2023 this company installed a new furnace and heat pump. My furnace is sitting on pressure treated wood. Not wrapped with metal so I have heat blowing on wood. I’ve called and left messages then finally got tired of them not returning phone calls. I had another company out to look at the job and I was told they would have to reinstall furnace and heat pump. Just sloppy work if you ask me! Looks like a trip to start a civil suit is in order. ***I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!***
