My experience with Yeti Cabinetry started in January 2023. We met with Francisco Jr & Sr and they gave us a CAD drawing for our "dream kitchen & master bathroom". They said they were backed up and the cabinets would be completed and installed the first week of May 2023. We were willing to wait since the cabinet quality and customer service seemed to be great. Well, May came and went....We finally got cabinets installed in late June. Our brand new CUSTOM painted cabinets arrived with chips, scratches the doors were bowed, the hinges and drawer slides were broken and some of the cabinet styles did not match. Immediately, the paint started to chip off the cabinets at the smallest touch. They tried to remedy it and took the cabinet doors back to the shop to paint them. They showed back up with different sheens and colors and did not match. They also did not paint the bases so they were a different color too. At that point in time Yeti stopped answering our calls and told us that they were losing money on our job. Here we are in December 2023 and we still have mismatched cabinets, no trim, bowed doors, different colors sheens and colors, bent hinges, dings and scratches and are missing so many pieces from my "dream kitchen" that has been an absolute nightmare. My advice is to steer clear of doing any business with them.
