I called a couple different contractors and they were the only ones that showed up on time. They gave me a good price and did a great job repairing electrical and plumbing damage to my Rio Linda rental duplex. I plan to use them again when I have a need. It's hard to find good contractors like them.

If you are thinking about hiring these people to do any work on your house, highly recommend you save your money and emotion with someone else. Hired them to re-roof our house. They said it would take one week to complete. It has been two weeks since they started, the roof is still not even half way done. So far they only put down half of the OBS board. It has rained twice so far, but they didn’t bother to cover the roof while it is completely naked and the whole attic is all wet and leaking inside the house. I thought they have a team of people to work on the roof when I hired them. But NO, they only have one person to work on the roof each day. Those people are joke. I will hire an independent contractor to check their work once they are done if they ever get there and may have to sue them because I don’t think they do everything the said on the contact.
