By Bruce C.April 22, 2018First American Home Warranty Co hired to fix heater.
TOTAL RIP OFF. Carrier HVAC heater flashing 23 code for defective pressure switch. Technician said filter was too dirty and inside airbox too dirty. Since he got it to work I said ok to clean for $299 but cleaning was not covered FA Home Warranty. Next day same problem. Called FA Home Warranty to send YH HVAC co out again and they still did not know how to read status code from blinking LED and came up with another guess as to problem with wiring from thermostat. Sent them packing. Will never use them again.

Absoluely awful - no sense of urgency and 2 weeks without contacting or updating me about what was happening with a burnt out blower motor for my AC in the dead of summer. $200 part should have taken 3 days to fix max (mainly just waiting for the part to ship). Couldn't even do it myself because the tech took the busted one with him in his trunk when he left. Don't worry though, they'll cash your check immediately the same day (I guess where their priorities are). So disappointed, and recommend you find someone else, literally anyone else...
