I bought a house with a pool that Yosemite Pools installed. The former owner had a pool service and knew nothing about the pool (valves, pumps, etc) so I reached out to Yosemite Pools for some guindace as a new pool owner given the fact they installed it recently. They would not give me any details on the pool nor were they willing to come out for a fee to show me how to operate the equipment they installed. I was interrupted repeatedly, berated, called a liar, and hung up on. This is not a company I'd do business with.
