Would not recommend hiring this husband and wife duo. While their paint job was okay, they completely botched the hardwood floor installation... They promised they had installed "dozens" of floors and left our floor with huge gaps and extremely noisy when walking on (due to improper install). The husband expects 20% waste from purchased hardwood... typically 10% is more than enough waste for a professional. When asked to fix gaps, husband stated "that's the best anyone can do." My 65 year old father traveled into town to repair the gaps in some of the floor (he is not a professional). There is no way to repair cracking and creeking sounds that happen when it is walkes on unless we rip up the entire floor and start over.
