    We have redone bathrooms and added on ADU's with kitchens and bathrooms with Nir. Top-notch work, within budget and on-time! And no, I am not related to him :-) I am so happy to have found someone reliable, that pays attention to every little detail and LISTENS to what I want. Seriously, do yourself a favor and hire them.

    Nir is very knowledgeable, detailed oriented, professional and always thinks outside the box. I had a pleasure to work on several complex projects that involved structural and I was very impressed. In addition, the crew is very clean and sensitive to the homeowners needs.

    Your Favorite Contractor Inc did a great job on what turned out to be a very large project. Essentially a brand new house. Mike Cohen works differently from other GC's but if you can get comfortable with that he will provide great service and very good value. No change orders or ticky tack stuff but of course there will be some issues too. Relatively speaking easy to get a hold of.
