Over a year ago we had windows installed by "Your Home Improvement Company" in Bismarck (Gateway Mall). It has taken them over a year to repair inferior window installation and screens replacement. They missed measured twice the living room picture window and two other windows will not shut correctly.
Their customer service department refused to give me the owner's name and phone number to speak with him directly about the failure to correct installation mistakes.
Still don't have the downstairs screens replaced, after 1 year of requesting and the 3 windows that whistle and let in cold air all winter long has not been fixed either. Even though they came out finally 3 months ago to see the complaint…still no repair… The VP - Steve came to our home… without wearing a mask and walked around our house saying that yep they needed to be fixed… but still refused to replace the front window that was measure too small and filled in with foam.
