  Frank is awesome and an honest person and his workers are awesome as well. You can trust them in your home. He does great work. He did plumbing for me, corrected a problem having to do with the connection of the waste line into the septic tank, he also installed a well pump for me, and that came out great - both of those jobs were two years ago and the work was done nicely and professionally and he stood by his work as well. He has also flawlessly installed an 80 gallon water heat for me and I am looking for him to do other work as well. I trust him. His prices are fair. If a price has to change because of something unforeseen, he does not over charge and always justifies the reason for his price, showing you exactly what it entails. I highly recommend him and his workers- Manny Garcia

  beware

  I used this guy to do several different projects...he quoted me numbers but never stuck with his quote...there was always some reason he needed more money. He repaired a small auxilliary septic system for me last year that had been badly designed, and in fairness he corrected the flaw. However the tank and pump continued to leak sewage into my garage for some reason. He tried to sell me a 2 hp pump, new oversized tank, and convert me to a 220V system...total cost probably well over $2000.00.

  This is not a primary sewage system for a family, but a small auxilliarly system that pumps over to a main system...head might be one foot total. System might have to pump 20 - 30 gal/ per day total...serving one person only. All I needed was a new small 1/2 hp sewage ejector pump running on 110V...which I had someone else install with a new tank (the old tank was not cracked as I was told, but was leaking out of a bad seal connection which this contractor had installed). The old pump may have been faulty....at the on off switch...so I took no chances and replaced. it with this smalller 1/2 hp cast iron pump...total cost with pump, tank and labor:$330.00

  Beware of this guy...he will go for the throat if he sees the opportunity.
