We have used William Smith Fireplace for three years since we have been in SC. This time they came out and lite the pilot light and flipped the switch a few times to make sure the fireplace lite and was out of here in 5 minutes. They were just down the street so they called to see if they could come early and we agreed. This five minute job cost us $150.00. We will never use their service again. At the very least they could have vaccumed out the dust or something. Very disappointed.
