YT Electrical Services is a family-owned and operated electrical contracting company specializing in maintenance, new construction and renovations in the residential, commercial and industrial space. Our company is fully licensed and insured and currently serves the five boroughs of New York City.

Our master electrician Yordanys has been in the electrical field since immigrating from Havana, Cuba in 2007. He started working at an electrical company in New York City while attending apprenticeship school in the evenings. After graduating from apprenticeship school, Yordanys worked as a transit electrician helping to renovate and upgrade the MTA subway tunnels throughout the five boroughs. With many years of working as an electrician in both New York City and New Jersey under his belt, Yordanys was able to obtain his master electrician license and subsequently co-founded YT Electrical Services with his wife, Meredith.

Meredith is a native Buffalonian who has extensive experience as an office manager and handles the administrative side of the business.

When Yordanys and Meredith aren't busy running the company, they like to spend time staying active with their three children. Whether it's boating in the summer or skiing in the winter (with any and all sports in between), being together as a family is the best way to refresh and recharge!
