formerly hi-octane roofing of clarksville, tn, mike zonfrillo replaced my roof for around $14k and I have had more leaks since the replacement than I had before. Zonfillo offered a 10 year warranty but moved out of state and closed his business here in clarksville. I am now going to have to spend at least another $15k to have his shoddy work on the roof replaced less than 5 years after he fixed it, and probably another $5k to fix the rot and water damage from the leaks he caused. Run away from his company, he will cost you more money than a new roof by a reputable company, and will not honor his warranty.
worst contractor I have ever dealt with. He was BBB acredited when he did my work, but that only means he paid for their accreditation and they do nothing to back his warranty, whether he is in business or not. Two ripoffs, Mike Zonfrillo and the BBB.
