    It saddens me to have to write this review, and I wish I had a great experience with them, but not the case.

    My experience with their workmanship was sub-par. Every time there was a problem, they would blame me- I didn't understand the blue prints, I was wrong, they never promised that, etc. Matt , Seth, and Kevin When confronted by their errors, they would get disrespectful and ugly with me, doing whatever they could to avoid accountability.

    This is my fourth office build out, so I know the process. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a general and his subs.

    I resolved to let things lie, and accept what reasonable people would consider is shoddy workmanship, but I decided to share my negative experience because on top of everything else, they treated my staff, my landlord's general contractor (who came in to oversee some of the revisions of their work) and me with such disrespect and contempt.

    Rather than write about the disappointing job they did, and the kind of people they are, I'll copy and paste some of the snarky remarks they made after they got the money, and I needed their help. These are actual email and text messages from Matt Zahn that were cut and pasted

    "We don't know how you are maintenancing the facility so your best bet will be to contact an AC tech."

    "I have not sent you a warranty and will not." {despite being paid in full, Matt kept his word and refused to provide me with a warranty, which has left me high and dry, as things failed within the warranty period).

    "I'm not going to acknowledge the email. Not worth the time to read it all."

    "I don't recall that. "

    "Like I said I don't recall that. That is my word. "

    "I've had to get my attorney involved to settle with you. Take some of your own medicine and call an hvac tech."

    "Another one of your childish remarks."

    "Get on some meds Doc.... You need them."

    "Another one of your childish remarks. If you say anything of slander you will be hearing from my attorney again."

    Given that he has threatened me with a law suit, you can be sure that I am sharing with you my experience truthfully.

    If you feel that you deserve to be treated this way then these are your guys. If you want people who are honest, compassionate, keep their word, are accountable, and will produce a quality finish out, I could not recommend them at all. They claim they are wonderful and above board, and Matt in particular makes great claims about his integrity, but sadly, this was not my experience. A year and a half later, I am suffering with the problems they promised to fix.

    All of the above is MY OPINION based on my experience. I emphasize this because Matt has threatened me with a "slander law suit" if I tell the truth. Since this is the truth as I experienced it, and since it is opinion, I can't be sued. Since it is written, it would be a libel suit and not a slander suit. But then again, this is not libel either.

    I stand by my opinions and experience.
