I had about $8,000 dollars of concrete laid in June 2017 by July 2017 my Stairs including my porch had cracked in half all the way through. I also had many cracks in my driveway with in one month.Henry came out in end of July and said he would be back in Sept to fix it. I feel I should have to wait but will let every one
know if he does replace the concrete that he did not put any or
enough rebar in the concrete. I never saw any rebar used . He was the middle priced bid, I got not the lowest? The approach he did
for Bountiful city is perfect so far. My driveway is cracked and loseing cement chips all ready I can hardly wait when I shovel the snow. That was a lot of money and He Roy told me he would give me a five year warranty because I was concerned about how he was doing the job. He had a nice crew of men helping him but the work did last a month. Like I said I will let every one know if he comes back and fixes it. Karen Capson

Z-Kasa recently poured cement at my house and while the work seems to have been done well (about two weeks later only one small crack has started to form), I was surprised with an extra charge of $367 from the concrete company. When I called to figure out why I was charged more the concrete company explained that Z-Kasa ordered an additional yard of cement and scheduled for a Saturday delivery which was an additional charge. I think I would have been okay with the extra money that was charged, but I would expect that Z-Kasa would want to at least give us a heads up that they ordered more than the agreed upon amount of cement and that Saturday install was going to cost more money.
I mentioned these things to Henry, I assume he is the owner, and received a phone call that was not apologetic at all. In fact he said I was being unfair because I was unhappy about the extra charge.
We were happy with the job until we saw the extra/surprise charge of $367. Then, I get a call and an email saying that I'm the one that is being unfair...... I would not recommend this company to anyone.
