My rating should be 10 out of 5 stars. My older house is a plumbing nightmare. The slop sink in the basement was not draining and I looked online through that contractor service that starts with an "A."
When I chose their plumber they wanted rod out the pipe for $550. And then charge me to replace the drain pipe if that didn't work. NO THANKS.
Zac came in and quickly assessed the problem and we agreed to replace the pipe. He explained what needed to be done. He made arrangements to do the work the next morning, told me he would be in and out in about 2 hours, and finished in half that time. And it only cost me $400.
