This contractor (Zane Williams) in my opinion, should have his license revoked. His own rental property in Winter Park was cited by the City of Winter Park Code Enforcement for 9 (nine) seperate deficiencies. I would NOT recommend.

Our family started our relationship with Z properties over 3 years ago. We are a little over a year in our home. When you are completing a custom build there are a lot of factors and a lot to learn. Every time I look around I am so thankful we choose Z properties, it’s a wild ride and our dream home is worth all of it. We have a solid home, the design is next level and Zane and his team (secret weapon Emily, Chanel, Ryan, Ian and Leslie) are the gold standard. Who’s happy with their contractor at the end of it all? We are! We truly came to care for them and I know they care about us. I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.
