We notified them that the roof was completed imperfect it has a huge wave in the back. The tiles are not set flat and flush like the rest of the roof. The roof had about a 5x6 foot area in the middle of the back of the roof where the tiles are not flush the is a huge wave (looks like a lump) on the roof. We contacted them about this and it took them a weeks to have someone come out and look at it. Eddie came looked at it on June 2nd, he said it was very evident and took pictures right away. We did not hear anything back from them, now June 9th, the Owner (did not even bother to give me his name when he showed up unannounced. He was very rude with an attitude demanding that why are we saying there is a problem with the roof? I told him Eddie had already came by, saw it and took pictures. He stated "I have to see it myself" I told him he could go to the back and look it, it's very obvious. He refused stating he needed to talk to my husband (which was not home at the time). There was no reason for him to not look at the roof, much less be rude. I pointed out that from the beggining there had been 3 other issues with the install. He got defensive and refused to look when I told him yet again that my husband does not need to be here for him see the very clear and deformity on the roof. He then proceeded to threaten to put a lean on our house. Since the begining this has been the worst experience, from waiting for months on end because once they had the deposit it went from we will have the tiles here in 4wks to almost 6 months later with no explanation. To him sending a wrecking crew who instead of using the lumber and ties ( which they had in their truck) they took the lazy route and grabbed all my patio furniture to hold down the tarp around the pools and left it thrown as if I had had a hurricane come through my back yard. To the lack of communication with his crews with the unprofessional workers he sent to set the tiles. I have never dealt with a business owner that is beyond unprofessional! The roof installation was not done correctly, the roof should be flat not look like it has a random bump smack in the middle, the tiles are not flush which will lead to water leaks.

Leaving this review on behalf of my elderly parents who have had a terrible experience with this roofing company. They left the house with a leaking flat roof and 11 broken roof tiles. Not only did they not finish the job but they intimated my parents into paying a small balance due for work never completed. My parents received a letter from a lawyer threatening to put a lien on their home if they did not pay even though the job was not completed.
