  Bathroom renovations

  This contractor is a fraud. He has taken my money and didn’t complete the work. He has since come into my home and has stolen materials that I have paid for. My bathrooms are incomplete and he has no crew. His wife and brother in law in which he works with are not experienced in anything and he is a master of none. Also he is affiliated with a Greek organization and tried to use that connection with myself. Kappa men you have a scam artist out here. I am now starting court proceedings. Probably will take a long time and I won’t get a dime back. But will make it difficult for him like he has done to me and apparently some many others

  This man is a thief! Who built an incomplete poorly constructed deck for us. He asked for an advance on the money which we gave him out of trust. He started the job in December and stated he would return in March to finish the job once the weather eased up. He did not come until June and it was only one day for two hours. He had been playing phone tag with us for months ducking our calls. When he did come that last an final time he actually vandalized the deck, pulling up planks and then half stained it with a color we did not ask for. Now we have a half stained deck with loose planks and it feels like a bounce house. It is extremely dangerous for our children to even walk on. He doesn’t return calls and lies about having an actual crew. We are in the process of taking legal action to get our money back, Do Not Hire him, he is a crook and con artist.

  I had a good experience with Z & U. We had an issue that needed to get dressed immediately. A relative gave me Mr. Zaid's number. I called and he was able to schedule in a timely fashion. The communication that took place between us was the key for me. Sometimes when you hire people to do work for you it is hard to reach them. There was no problem reaching Mr. Zaid. He always answered the call. He was very polite and professional. He completed the job in a timely manner. The work that he did was above satisfactory. Thanks again Mr. Zaid.

  Kitchen remodel

  I hired Zaid of Z&U Bolts for a kitchen Renovation. My experience was good. He started quickly and kept me abreast of all the steps that were to be taken. The electrician and the countertop company he used were also excellent. They came masked and socially distancing as much as possible. The price he quoted me was fair. He did have to add to his original quote, but it only happened once, and it wasn’t much less than $500. I am pleased with my kitchen now.

  Do not use this contractor. Trust me. He takes your money and does not start work when he is to start. He will tell you he will start the same week but you have to chase him down. Once he starts the work he will not finish. He will ask you for the money, build your trust and does not return. He does not pick up the phone and return your text when you reach out to home to complete your work. Be aware.
