Javier was great on the phone, asked for photos to bid job. We were under a severe budget and time crunch, and he was willing to give us a low price and start work the next day. We asked if he wanted to come out and see the property, but he was satisfied with the photos and descriptions. He said he would pick up the paint and materials and be out the next day. The next morning, he came out, and told us the job would be 2.5x more! We told him that we had an agreed upon price, but we were willing to go up more since the condo was a little bigger than he thought. He told us it was the new price or nothing. We told him to leave, and he commented that he was glad he had not bought the materials or paint yet! What a scam! Total bait and switch
