We contracted with Zach to replace the stairs to our deck. He works alone, and the quality of his work is very good. He was meticulous about details and made helpful suggestions while completing the project. We are very pleased with the final product. Rating is 4 stars instead of 5 because of several unexpected delays in getting the job done. Will likely consider him again for future projects.

We worked out the project in July. Went over all that what I wanted. A powder room and coat closet in my living room, plumbing, electrical, lighting, wall fan, a day for me to wallpaper, baseboard, trimming, doors installed. At that time he was helpful, open to the job and added some things to the project I had not thought about. Aug 15 we agreed to Zachs LLC to doing the job. It would take a week or a week and a half to be completed he said. He needed half the cost in advance. I was offered a 20% discount for a cash advance. I paid him.
When he did not contact me after Labor Day, I texted him. He texted back. He had been on a vacation. He would be on the job the third week of September. That did not happen.
Over the next following weeks and weeks he has delayed and delayed each and every new date he has given to me. Excuses were unending. I have been patient. I have kept my dementor. Wanted the work I have paid for to be done. That has not happened yet.
He has my good faith money, in the thousands, and has not earned it. He has still not secured a full commitment of time to do this job. The plumbing, electrical, the doors, finish the walls, clean up and secure that all facilities are usable. The contract says there is a five year guarantee on his work. What work?Then he actually came on 10-31 and 11-1. Tore down my old walls, put in new framing and some dry wall. Left early because once again his truck needed repaired. He as not returned.
More excuses from his truck, to other jobs he wanted to finish, to personal problems. Yes he has told me that other jobs needed to be done! But not mine?
He recently said he would come on a Thursday, 11-9-23 and work thru the weekend until job finished. He does not work weekends, so this was a way of saying he was sorry. He did not show up.!!! Then more excuses as usual. Including he had Covid! Continuing his habit of canceling, of periods of time that he just disappeared, no communication, then more excuses. Yet he states he is committed to his jobs but yet does not honor his own statements.
It is 11-14 and now he texts he can give me this Saturday and Sunday, but off Monday.
I responded no to him, for the first time. I have run out of patience and any trust I had. Experience speaks louder than his words.This is unprofessional, unethical, unacceptable. Three months and still waiting for him. Work not done, Money missing. Abuse of my time and his commitment. Was to be finished by October. Now mid November. It’s the holidays with guest visiting and my living room and porch are a mess.
This is beyond stressful. My home and life cannot be in upheaval anymore. Especially at this holiday time. The wait is overdue.
Do not hire Zachs LLC unless you want this experience. -

Zach told out my old cement front steps where he discovered another set of steps underneath them. He removed all the steps, put in a new footer and replaced the steps. He fixed all the cracks on my cement front porch and parged and cemented my foundation completely around the outside of the house. His professional attitude and high quality of work is well appreciated and I would recommend Brian 100%! He has a few more jobs lined up for me and he does require a 50% deposit up front but is worth every penny and more! He's the real deal and can do anything.

I had Zach's contracting complete a deck that I started myself and then soon realized it was too large of a job for myself. The deck was completed on time and under budget. The overall final product was strong deck with a beautiful design. It's worth noting that I also has Zach's put a new roof on my garage approx 8-10 years ago and it is still looking great and holding strong.

Called Zach’s and he came right out did a great job and stayed till it was done . I plan on having him back in the spring time to do my roof.

Zach's Contracting has done all sorts of work for me from outside painting to kitchen and bath rehab. He is more than willing to work within your budget, but will also give helpful advice that doesn't cost anymore, but makes your project turn out even better. Oh , and he is meticulous about clean up. I highly recommend this contractor

This man scammed us out of a walkway never came back to complete the job, no finish to the walkway, spikes left inside the concrete, took to the magistrate and still hasn't paid or made right of the job he left us with. Not a man of his word, talked a good game, BUYER BEWARE! Left with a mess and have pictures and text messages to prove it but can't upload them cause theirs no option to choose it.

Set up a meeting to review my project and did not show up, call to let me know he would not be able to attend or even answer his phone when I called him and left a message. Told me he had traveled to another state the day before. May have had a valid reason but did not respect my time or make an effort to communicate his situation.

After having water getting into my foundation in the front corner of my house, Zach installed a french drain outside at the footer, tarred the block,skim coated the inside wall and dry locked the block. It was fixed perfectly and have had no water issues since. He also repaired a leak in the roof where my addition meets the original house. That too has not leaked since. I highly recommend his services.
