    This is the best company in Staten Island .they know what they are doing and they are very good with details. Highly recommend it

    Sidewalk
    $6,800

    ZAIM General Contracting came to my neighborhood to work on my neighbors driveway and sidewalk.
    What seemed like no time at all they replaced the driveway,and installed a sidewalk of pavers. In the backyard they replaced a wooden deck and laid a large patio of pavers.
    I have a large corner property and my sidewalk was in violation with the city.
    After seeing the work across the street I asked one of the owners (Sean) for a estimated to replace my sidewalk
    I explained that I was in violation with the city and wanted it removed.
    Sean gave me a price and assured me he would have the violation lifted. I had cheeper estimates but after seeing the work him and his crew did for my neighbor I wanted them to do the job.
    He told me he would get the permits ( two for a corner property) and set up a date to do the work
    The evening before the work was to start the crew dropped off equipment needed for the next day.
    The next morning Sean and his crew ( about 8 men) went to work and in no time my old trip hasard sidewalk was gone. By lunchtime my new sidewalk was framed and ready for concrete.
    I have two large trees they had to frame around and what a great job they did.
    Sean and his crew had my sidewalk poured that afternoon and it looks great.
    I am very happy with the work and would recommend ZAIM Contractors to all who need a great contractor
