The worker's were good hand's,,,,the contract do not state that in order for the warranty to be honored...the home owner must hire a plumber and some other contractor ,,, ( which i am sure that they help each other get the extra work )...and now that my home has settled again after the initial work,,,he is refusing to honor the adjustment's...also the changed out a beam under the home and put in a " V " shaped section, that is doing more damaged , so say's another Professional Foundation Company that came and inspected his work,,,I would NEVER recommend Zamarripas for any work,,,any work,,,Good Luck if you do....
