I am trying to contact the electrician for this company. He preformed work at my mother's house over a year ago and has to yet bring her a receipt for the work. She paid him over $3,000.00 and now some of the outlets are not working. I have contacted the BBB and I am about to contact the Texas Attorney General's office.
I have let him several messages on his phone...but no response. I spoke to him about 2 months ago and he was supposed to come by and check the problems. Several outlets have gone out and recently the one where the stove and refrigerator are plugged into are not working. We have an extension going from another outlet to keep the refrigerator working.
I am afraid that this is only going to cause more problems. My mother is 80 years old and doesn't have enough money to have to pay for another electrician.
If someone can contact me as soon as possible to help me find this person, I would appreciate it very much.
