This company is the real deal - real people who live on the northside of Madison and actually care about doing honest work. I had so many roofing nightmares, and this company gave me the totally opposite experience. They did the job RIGHT, even though it took more time than they original anticipated. They replaced all the boards needing replacement instead of simply slapping new shingles on and calling it good enough. They were here in a moments notice when I needed them, they helped me with my insurance adjuster, and all around made me feel like I was their most important customer. They also gave me a 5 year promise to come back and fix any problems, though I haven't had any problems since they re-did my roof. (Last time I redid my roof with a different company, I had leaks almost immediately thereafter that the other company refused to address.) Oh, and they were super clean - which is important if you don't want your kids or dogs finding nails for weeks following completion! I wish I had found these guys sooner and I will never hire anyone else for shingle roof jobs for as long as this company exits!
