    They are frauds they sent Rob to put in a new furnace and the whole situation started in Feb 2021, and is finally being serviced correctly in October 2021, so 8 months with no heat or air as they put the furnace in wrong which blew out my air conditioner, and then Troy the manager stopped answering my calls, and Sophie in customer service is just as incompetent as Troy as no one new how to fix any of the things they did wrong and all the lies, worst company ever if they show up at your door to fix anything slam door in there faces and call someone that is credible. They are scammers and liars and owe me 240.00 for a furnace they never installed correctly.

    ***STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS***
    Zatro was dispatched through my warranty company for repairs to my a/c and after the initial diagnosis the work was approved. Since then, weeks went by and they never repaired a thing. Excuse after excuse about why they couldn't send someone until they stopped answering the phone and their voicemail was full. This is the second time I've had issues with them failing to complete approved work in a timely manner.

    Zatro came out 3 times to look at our furnace each time saying they had to order a new part to get it fixed. They only came on Saturdays and after the second part didn't work we requested a second technician from another company come out and our warranty company sent someone out the next day to look at it. 30 minutes into looking at our furnace and they were able to tell our furnace was broken beyond repair. It is January in minnesota and we went without heat for 3 weeks because Zatro didn't want to red tag our furnace even though there were holes causing carbon monoxide to leak out and causing the furnace to over heat. This is the worst company to repair anything, they lie and do everything they can to milk you and your warranty company out of money. Do not use them. Save the headache and go somewhere else

    We had issues with our AC, 2 previous companies had tried to fix the problem and one was even trying to sell us new unit. Zatro tech was able to make a successful repair in one day. They are honest and straight forward. Thank you Zatro for work well done
