    In 2020-2021, Z-B built a new deck for us and installed a new boiler. Very pleased. Had an issue with the new boiler making a squeaking noise before firing up, so I called the manufacturer to inquire about this. The manufacturer recommended a new part and said the contractor installer needed to call them re: this part — not easy because the manufacturer’s lines are busy and Z-B is busy! Then, we noticed what looks like mold on a horizontal deck beam. I emailed Z-B and haven’t so far received a return phone call or email.

    They came and renovated my kitchen. The work was timely and high quality. The employees in my home were always courteous and respectful.
