Terrible experience. Installed a water softener which leaked after first use. Then didn't show for appointment to fix. Owner extremely unapologetic and nasty. Stay away!

My experience was terrible. They dropped my 600lb tub on my bathroom floor and dented and scratched my tile. Left my bathroom flooded at 5:00 pm and went home. I had to call them to come back and had a water dripping from the second floor to the first through the ceiling.
They never installed sensors in my radiant floor and put the wrong thermostats in my bathrooms for the radiant heat. They have not fixed the problem now for 7 months and they keep saying they will. I have since had to call in another company to try to fix the mistakes they have made.
