Eric was the nicest and most helpful technician. He resolved an issue that was preventing my furnace from heating on December 21st, 2023. Read on for more details!
I texted Eric on December 21st because my furnace would not stay burning for more than two minutes. It was failing to heat my home more than 55 degrees. I had misunderstood the cause of the problem, and Eric explained how to correctly interpret the flashing LED light and find the status code information. He patiently explained the most common causes of that particular error, and sent me annotated images that clearly explained the appropriate next steps. Thanks to his detailed instructions, we were able to find and fix the blocked component by communication over the phone. I’m forever grateful to Eric, and I hope to meet him someday so that I can pay him for his effective and considerate help.
