I have known Mr. Zeid and his wonderful team for a little over seven (7) years as I, on behalf of our church hired him and his team as our Engineer, Architect and Expediting to oversee our $2.4 Million Dollars church building project in the Bronx.I will tell you that Tarek is really a professional engineer, reliable, respectful and dependable and knows the scope of his work. For what six (6) Contractors and Building Department told us was not possible, it became possible as a result of his many years of experience as a former Building Department Borough Commissioner, Structural Engineer and NYC Codes Expert as well as his team of Architectural and Expediting work that they brought to us when it was needed.I can say his superb steel designed and timely professional visits to the sites earned him a big job next door to our building and his team of Architectural, Expediting and office manners of their personnel who offers you the courteous greetings, field your important questions and direct you to the parties most appropriate to talk to makes it easy to work with them.I will highly recommend them to you and promised you will be amazed you gave them the chance.
