I am fully convinced that this guy did his best to tell me I was getting my entire pool system automated which is the reason why I contacted, sadly right after he cashed my check then his treatment was completely surprising to me. I made business with this company represented by the owner, the owner brings his son as a side employee who does the programming of all products. When his son was here he had asked me to lend him my laptop, and after I handed him my MacBook he told me he was not familiar with Apple products. He said he would find another way and what he ended up doing was to program my entire system + password + specific settings ALL from his personal cell phone. Few days after my system was not working I found myself not even been able access my system because I did not know the password, many times I texted the owner and he just kept referring me to his son, the son responded 9 days later first telling me he did not remember the password followed by a numerous personal offensive remarks, for example one of many is when he verbatim assigned the following tag to me: “pseudo lawyerly non sense.” I texted the business owner and he asked me to stop texting him. And that was it, no regards to do the job he disclosed in the invoice.
If I could give my honest advise to anyone, I WOUD NOT and WILL NEVERR EVER choose the business, I was left with a worst system that the one I had and they did not care to help unless an insult came at me first
