We chose zenzoe only because the previous home owners recommended as Troy knows the plumbing of this home. Terrible service having to contact multiple times to get a call back and appointment. After sewage ejector system failed before moving into home he installed a 3.75A fuse in place of a 2A fuse charging us $200 for 20 min and a $1 fuse, which lead to TWO $2000 dollar sewage pumps burning up forcing the system to run when really it needed to be serviced in the tank. Unreliable, incompetent, lazy.
